Comments 
BioNet 3.08 is a trojan with a edit server program. Anything from the port BioNet listens on to the ICQ UIN to be notified is configured using this edit server. BioNet 3.08 also has a CGI notify, which allows BioNet to use CGI scripts to do almost anything. This version of BioNet has a schedule command feature. This allows the BioNet server to activate any other feature at certain times. These certain times could be a specific day or time or even when your computer comes online.
 

How To Remove 
Quick fix: no quick fix programs
Manual removal:

  1. Remove the WinLibUpdate key in the registry located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run  Which can be done with regedit or any other registry editing program. 
  2. Reboot the computer or close libupdate.exe.
  3. Delete the trojan files libupdate.exe in the windows directory.
