Comments 
Enterprise is a Visual Basic trojan from Brazil. The server needs the MSVBVM50.DLL Visual Basic runtime file in order to run. The server does not auto load unless someone connects to the server and chooses the “infect server” option.

How To Remove 
Quick fix: no quick fix programs
Manual removal:

  1. Remove the notepad key in the registry located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Which can be done with regedit or any other registry editing program.
  2. Reboot the computer or close WINUPD.exe.
  3. Delete the trojan file WINUPD.exe in the windows system directory.
