Comments 
Evil FTP is a simple FTP server that listens for connections on 23456. It has a few more features then just uploading and downloading, for example you can spawn programs. Of course since it's written in Visual Basic it is not nearly as dangerous as it could be, it is also fairly old and rare to find.

Manual removal:

     
  1. Edit your win.ini by removing the run=%windows system dir%\msrun.exe under the [Windows] key. Which can be done with any text editing program. 
  2. Reboot the computer or close the msrun running in the memory. 
  3. Delete the trojan file msrun.exe in the Windows System directory (Usually c:\windows\system).
