Comments
Host Control 1.0 might infect Windows NT but it needs a c:\windows directory. This is a rather evil trojan because it has a few different destructive features. It can format your computer, stop you from booting correctly and even infect you with a virus.

How To Remove
Quick fix: no quick fix programs
Manual removal:

  1. Remove the RegClean key in the registry located at HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run  Which can be done with regedit or any other registry editing program
  2. Reboot the computer or close regcle32.exe.
  3. Delete the trojan file regcle32.exe in the windows\inf directory.
