Comments 
ICQ Relay is a small trojan. All we really know is that it can send a notification to an ICQ user that you are on-line. 

Note: This is a trojan that can be submitted to us for analysis. We can possibly determine for you the ICQ UIN that was being notified. For more information on submitting trojan files to us read here.

How To Remove 
Quick fix: no quick fix programs
Manual removal:

  1. Rember the value (file path) of the ICQUpdate key in the registry located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and then remove the ICQUpdate key. Which can be done with regedit or any other registry editing program.
  2. Reboot the computer or close the file listed in the ICQUpdate registry key.
  3. Delete the trojan file listed in the ICQUpdate registry key. Also delete icqupdate.exe in the Windows directory.
